Will we get a certificate for attending the masterclass?
Yes, we do provide certificates to all our participants for attending the workshop. The certificates are mailed within 15 days from the masterclass conclusion date.
Do you get a different certificate for completing the tasks?
You will receive an achievement certificate on successfully completing any of the courses.
Do we get recordings of the workshop?
Yes, classes are recorded and mailed within next 24 hrs of every class.
Is this certificate recognised by the government?
As this is a skill based course, the certificate will be valid for the industry but not the government
Do we get physical copy of the certificate?
No, you will receive only soft copy of your certificate in pdf format.
What to do if I couldn’t attend the workshop/masterclass?
If you inform us 5 days prior to the workshop, you can be shifted to another batch with a minimum rescheduling fee.
What to do if I am unable to attend the course?
If you inform us prior, you can be shifted to another batch.
I was unable to attend the workshop, Will I get refund?
Fee once paid for workshop/masterclass can not be refunded. You can get yourself shifted to another batch
Can I only receive the recording, if I have paid for the workshop?
Yes, you can receive the recording only after completion of the workshop. It will be mailed to you.
Can someone else attend workshop, if I can’t attend?
No, with one registered email id only one person can attend the workshop/masterclass.
How do I know my registration is completed?
You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is successfully processed. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
My money was deducted, but I got a failed payment attempt.
If the payment was deducted but the transaction failed, please contact our support team with your transaction details. We will help resolve the issue and ensure your payment is processed correctly.
I haven’t received a payment receipt. What should I do?
If you haven’t received a receipt, check your email’s spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, please reach out to our support team with your payment details, and we will send you a receipt.
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my registration?
There is no refund for workshop or masterclass.

There is no instalment provision for workshop or masterclass
Which language the workshop be conducted in?
At present, the primary mode of instruction is English. However, our team understand both hindi and english. We would be happy to answer any questions that you in the language you are most comfortable with.
Is the workshop online/offline?
All workshops and courses (except travels) are conducted online.
Is the workshop conducted live or recorded?
Live sessions, scheduled on specific workshop days, provide opportunities for mentor interaction, query resolution, guest lectures, and hands-on activities.
When will I get the session joining link for my registered workshop?
The session joining link is shared 4-6 hours before the workshop start time.
Can we pay in instalments?
There is no provision for instalments in workshop or masterclass.
Will there be a QnA at the end of the session?
Yes there will be a live QnA at the end of all sessions.
Will there be a break in the session?
Yes there will be a for all sessions longer than 1.5 hours.
I have registered for the workshop, when will i get the details?
The workshop details (including WhatsApp group joining link, task etc are usually emailed 24-48 hours before the workshop. Please keep an eye on your registered email for the same. (Note: sometimes the mail ends up in promotions or spam folder please check those as well)
