These terms outline your responsibilities as a learner, our policies regarding enrollment, conduct, payments, certifications, and use of content.
ASDAV delivers education through a combination of live classes, recorded sessions, assignments, and practical projects. We expect learners to maintain professional conduct, complete course requirements, and respect intellectual property. Payment policies, access to resources, use of third-party tools, and refund eligibility are clearly defined in this document. Participation in workshops, masterclasses, and online platforms also follows specific guidelines.
We are committed to data privacy and reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Please read the following sections carefully before enrolling or accessing our services.
Admission and Enrollment
1.1 Eligibility and Application
Enrollment is open to candidates who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each course or program on the ASDAV website. All applications must be submitted through the official channels, along with required documentation and accurate personal information.
1.2 Review and Selection
Each application is reviewed by ASDAV’s academic committee. Admission decisions are based on merit, program suitability, and seat availability. ASDAV reserves full rights to accept or reject applications without obligation to disclose reasons.
1.3 Enrollment Confirmation
Admission is only confirmed after the full or first installment of fees is received and a formal confirmation email is issued by ASDAV. Until then, no seat is guaranteed.
